Welcome to Real Life Leveling ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

By using Real Life Leveling, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our App.

Personal Data:

• User Name: A name you choose to identify yourself within the app
• Workout Data: Exercise information including pushups, pullups, squats, and other activities you log
• Progress Data: Your level, experience points (EXP), streaks, and achievement history
• Level-Up History: Records of when you leveled up, including dates and associated workout data

Automatically Collected Data:

• Device information (model, operating system version)
• App usage statistics and crash reports (if enabled)

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the App's core functionality
• Calculate and display your level, experience points, and progress
• Track your workout history and level-up events
• Display your rank progression
• Enable data export and import features
• Improve app performance and fix bugs

We do NOT: Sell your data, share it with third parties, use it for advertising, or transmit it to external servers without your explicit consent.

All your data is stored locally on your device using Android's secure storage mechanisms. This includes:

• Your profile information and workout logs
• Your level, EXP, and progress statistics
• Your level-up history and timestamps
• Your rank and achievement data

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App provides export and import functionality that allows you to:

• Export your data (including workout history, level-up events, and progress) as a JSON file
• Import previously exported data to restore your progress on a new device

Important: When you export your data, you are responsible for the security of the exported file. We do not have access to exported files unless you explicitly share them with us. Import functionality only processes data that you provide through the App's import feature.

Real Life Leveling does not integrate with third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or data collection services. The App operates independently and does not share your information with external parties.

The App may use standard Android system services (such as file system access for export/import) which are subject to your device's permissions and Android's privacy policies.

Real Life Leveling is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

You have the right to:

• Access: View all data stored in the App through the App's interface
• Delete: Clear all app data by uninstalling the App or using the App's reset functionality
• Export: Export your data at any time using the App's export feature
• Modify: Update your name and workout data directly within the App

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your information. You can delete the App at any time, which will remove all associated data from your device.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

Your data is retained on your device for as long as you have the App installed. If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data will be deleted from your device.

If you export your data, the exported file will remain on your device (or wherever you save it) until you manually delete it. We do not have access to or control over exported files.
