Inventory Nest is a **100% offline application**. This is not just a feature; it's our core privacy commitment. We believe your personal inventory data belongs to you and should never leave your device without your explicit action.

• No Data Collection: We do not collect, transmit, store, view, or share any of your personal data.
• Local Storage Only: All content you create—including location names, box details, item descriptions, values, dates, and photos—is stored exclusively in a secure, local database on your own device. As the developers, we have absolutely no access to this information.

2. How We Use App Permissions

To enable its features, Inventory Nest requests a minimal set of permissions. This data is only processed on your device and is never sent to us or any third party.

• Camera: This permission is required only when you choose to use the built-in QR code scanner or to take a new photo to attach to an item. The camera is not used at any other time.
• Storage / Media Access (Photos): This permission is required to allow you to select photos from your device's gallery. When you backup your inventory or export a report, this permission is also used to save the resulting file to the location you choose on your device.

3. Third-Party Libraries

Our application uses standard third-party libraries for some features, such as generating charts and exporting files. These libraries are self-contained within the application package and have been vetted to ensure they do not collect or transmit any of your personal data.

4. Children's Privacy

Our app is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information.
