Where is my inventory data stored?
Your data is stored exclusively on your device in a secure, local database. We, the developers, have no access to it. Your privacy is paramount.

What is the difference between the Free and Pro version?
The free version gives you all core inventory features: unlimited locations, boxes, items, photos, search, and local backup. The Pro version unlocks advanced productivity features like Kits, Reports, Cloud Backup, Reminders, AI/OCR scanning, PDF/Excel export, and more.

How does Cloud Backup work?
The Pro Cloud Backup feature uses your own Google Drive account. It stores the backup file in a private 'App Data' folder that only Inventory Nest can access. We never see your files or your Google password.

Is an internet connection required?
No, all core features are 100% offline. An internet connection is only needed for the initial Pro purchase and for the optional Cloud Backup feature.
